Essential Duties include the following, but are not limited to:
• Manage the reception desk to include answering phones, retuning calls and emails, opening showroom and greeting customers.
• Coordinate weekly calendars and manage scheduling of meetings for Project Manager
• Take meeting minutes and distribute agendas for scheduled meetings
• File management to include, maintaining organization of drawings and specs
• Pick up and delivery of plans and samples, receive deliveries to showrooms and warehouses
• Provide accounting support to include coding invoices
• Open and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Support project coordinators as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years administrative experience
• Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite products
• Outgoing, personable with good phone voice
• Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Well-organized and reliable
• Basic understanding of construction processes is preferred
• Must be a Self-Starter to create procedures
• Must have reliable transportation to be able to commute between two branch locations in Everett and Burlington
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
